Xtandi is a cancer medicine which is used to treat Prostate cancer which commonly finds in men. This type of prostate cancer has not responded to other treatments to lower the male hormone testosterone and it also spread to other parts of the body. This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as anti-androgens (anti-testosterone). This medicine helps in slow down the growth of prostate cancer.

How to take this medicine?

Xtandi is recommended to take once daily (40mg) with or without food as prescribed by the doctor.Swallow capsules whole. Do not chew, dissolve, or open the capsules.

What are things you need to know before taking this medicine?

This drug may make you dizzy. Do not drive or do any activity if you are not in a situation to handle the Pressure. Xtandi should not be used by women. This medication must not be used during pregnancy. It may harm an unborn baby.
