• Letero is an oral drug which can be an effective fertility treatment for women with ovulation problems, or for those with unexplained infertility. Letero has mainly been used to treat certain cases of breast cancer after menopause.Some breast cancers are made to grow faster by a natural hormone called estrogen. Letrozole decreases the amount of estrogen the body makes and helps to slow or reverse the growth of these breast cancers.

• This medicine is used in the treatment of colorectal and breast cancer. Close monitoring of blood cell count is necessary while receiving this medicine. • It may cause severe liver and kidney injury if taken in high quantities. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women and while breast feeding. • Halaven is used to treat breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.Halaven interferes with the microtubule structures within the cell.  Microtubules are part of the cell's apparatus for dividing and reproducing itself.  Inhibition of these microtubule structures ultimately results in cell death. 

• Halaven is given through a vein as an intravenous push or as intravenous infusion over 2 to 5 minutes.

• Anastrozole is used o treat breast cancer in women after menopause. Some breast cancers are made to grow faster by a natural hormone called estrogen. Anastrozole is in a class of medications called nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitors. It works by decreasing the amount of estrogen the body makes. This can slow or stop the growth of many types of breast cancer cells that need estrogen to grow.

• Take this medication by mouth with or without food as directed by your doctor, usually once a day.

• Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should not handle this medication or breathe the dust from the tablets.

• You will be checked regularly by your doctor while you are taking anastrozole, to monitor side effects and check your response to therapy. No additional blood work or tests are required for anastrozole.

• Hot flashes, stomach upset, muscle/ joint pain, depression, nausea, decreased energy, high blood pressure, insomnia, vomiting, rash.

• Kryxana is used for the treatment of breast cancer in women. Ribociclib is used only if your cancer tests negative for a protein called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). HER2 protein can speed the growth of cancer cells. It works blocking substances that play a key role in cancer cell growth and survival.

• The recommended dosage of Kryxana is  orally once a day for 21 consecutive days followed by 7 days off for a complete cycle of 28 days, continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Take it at the same time each morning, with or without food.

• Do not use Kryxana you are pregnant. Use effective birth control to prevent pregnancy while you are using this medicine and for at least 3 weeks after your last dose.

• Common side effects of Kryxana include bladder pain, bloating or swelling of the face or feet, bloody or cloudy urine, chills, difficult or labored breathing, painful urination,fever, frequent urge to urinate, lower back or side pain, pale skin, rapid weight gain, troubled breathing with exertion, ulcersin the mouth, unusual bleeding or bruising.
• Uncommon side effects include fainting, irregular heartbeats.

• Z-Pac is given as an injection or infusion into the vein (intravenous, IV). It is given over various amounts of times and in various schedules. There is no pill form availabale of this injection.

• It works by stopping the cancer cells from separating into 2 new cells, so it blocks the growth of cancer.

• It is taken into the bloodstream through a drip into the arm or hand. A nurse puts a small tube (a cannula) into one of the veins and connects the drip to it. Each treatment takes about an hour and you have one every 1 to 3 weeks.

• Don't eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while having treatment with docetaxel as it can make the side effects worse. Do not breast feed while taking this medicine. This injection is not recommended for pregnant women as it can harm the unborn baby.

• The side effects are breathlessness, hair loss, skin rash, discoloured fingernails, sore mouth, redness, diarrhoea, numbness, watery eyes, joint pain, period stopping, fever, bleeding gums.

• Taceedo Injection is an anticancer medication. It works by interfering with the microtubule structures which help the cancer cells to divide and multiply. This slows the growth of cancer cells and eventually kills them. 

• The duration of treatment varies with the type of cancer you have and other factors like your response to treatment. You should usually receive your infusion once every 3 weeks.

• Do not take Taceedo 20 Injection if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Use reliable methods of contraception to prevent pregnancy while taking this medicine.

• It may cause side effects such as swelling of hands, lips, and weight gain. To reduce these side effects your doctor may suggest some medication along with this medicine called Corticosteroids. Inform your doctor if you notice unexplained bruising or bleeding, sore throat, mouth ulcers, high temperature (fever) or other signs of infection.

• Epirubicin is used for the treatment of breast cancer. It is used as adjuvant therapy in women who have had surgery and have lymph node involvement.

• Epirubicin is given by intravenous injection (IV). Your doctor will determine your dosage.

• This injection is not recommended for preganant women as it can harm the unborn baby.
• Do not take any type of vaccination while taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.
• Do not breast feed while taking this medicine.

• Side effects of Epitero include hot flashes, missed menstrual periods, temporary hair loss, feeling weak or tired, mild nausea, diarrhea, eye redness, puffy eyelids.
