• Lenvima is a cancer medicine that involves with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.It is used to treat thyroid cancer. It is usually given after radioactive iodine has been tried without success.It is also used together with everolimus (Afinitor) to treat advanced kidney cancer when other medicines have not been effective.It is also used alone to treat liver cancer that cannot be removed with surgery.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Lenvima Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• This medication is not recommended for use during pregnancy. It may harm an unborn baby.Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby, or the mother is suffering from a condition in which breastfeeding is not advisable.Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of liver disease, kidney disease and high blood pressure.

• Side effects of Lenvima are Dry mouth, hoarseness, nose bleeds, tiredness, weight loss, headache, muscle/joint pain, diarrhea, constipation, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite may occur.

• Rolimus Tablet suppresses the activity of body's immune system and prevents rejection of the transplanted organ. Rolimus Tablet is included in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors that treats cancer by stopping cancer cells from reproducing and cutting off blood supply to the cancer cells.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Rolimus Tablet may be taken with or without food.

• This medicine is unsafe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you have liver problems, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, had a recent surgery or have unhealed wound after surgery, have infection, previously had hepatitis.

• Side effects may include infection with symptoms like sore throat, chills, fever, frequent and painful urination, or unusual itching, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, unusual growths or lumps and swollen lymph nodes.

• Bavencio is used for the treatment of a type of skin cancer called Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) in adults and children at least 12 years old, when the cancer has spread to other parts of the body. It is also used to treat a certain type of cancer of the bladder or urinary tract that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. It works by blocking the PD-1 receptor, preventing binding and activation of PD-L1 and PD-L2. This mechanism causes the activation of T-cell medicated immune responses against tumor cells.

• Avelumab is given by an infusion into the vein (intravenous or IV) through a special filter over 60 minutes every 2 weeks.

• This injection is not recommended for preganant women as it could harm the unborn baby.
• Do not take any type of vaccinations while you are taking this injection without consulting your doctor.
• Do not breast feed while taking this injection.
• Call your doctor at once if you have symptoms such as: fever, cough, flu symptoms, muscle pain or weakness, vision changes, chest pain, trouble breathing, severe stomach pain or diarrhea, skin rash, swelling in your ankles and increased or decreased urination.

• Side effects of Bavencio include swelling in the extremities, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, skin rash and itching, decreased appetite and weight, cough or difficulty breathing, high blood pressure.
