• Evertor Tablet suppresses the activity of body's immune system and prevents rejection of the transplanted organ. • Side effects of Z-PAC include fever, low blood cell counts, feeling weak or tired, bleeding, trouble breathing, hair loss, numbness or tingling, swelling in your face, hands, or feet, sores or white patches in or around your mouth, joint or muscle pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and mild redness or tenderness where the medicine was injected.

• Erlocip Tablet is an anticancer medicine used for the treating non-small cell lung cancer and also in a combination with gemcitabine to treat pancreatic cancer. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of cancer cells.

• Erlotinib tablets should be taken either 1 hour before or 2 hours after ingestion of food.

• This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age. • Giotrif is used to treat various type of lung cancer (non-small cell lung cancer). It belongs to a class of drugs known as kinase inhibitors. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. It binds to a certain protein (epidermal growth factor receptor-EGFR) in some tumors.

• Do not take more than 1 dose of Giotrif at one time. Giotrif is a pill, taken by mouth.Take this on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Swallow the tablets whole with at least 8 ounces of water. Do not crush or dissolve tablets.

Gefitero 250Mg Tablet helps to relieve the extreme pain and discomfort suffered by patients of breast or lung cancers. It slows down the production of cancer cells, thereby inhibiting the spread of the malignant tissues.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Gefitero Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• You must avoid alcohol consumption, smoking, tobacco or caffeine during the course of the treatment to avoid any further health complications.

• There are a number of side effects such as headaches, blurred vision, some nausea, and some allergic rashes on the skin. However there can be some adverse reactions as well. It is advised that even the slightest discomfort should be reported to the doctor immediately, in order to avoid complications.

• It works by stopping the cancer cells from separating into 2 new cells, so it blocks the growth of cancer.

• It is taken into the bloodstream through a drip into the arm or hand. A nurse puts a small tube (a cannula) into one of the veins and connects the drip to it. Each treatment takes about an hour and you have one every 1 to 3 weeks.

• Don't eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while having treatment with docetaxel as it can make the side effects worse. Do not breast feed while taking this medicine. This injection is not recommended for pregnant women as it can harm the unborn baby.

• The side effects are breathlessness, hair loss, skin rash, discoloured fingernails, sore mouth, redness, diarrhoea, numbness, watery eyes, joint pain, period stopping, fever, bleeding gums.

• This medicine is prescribed to patients suffering from metastatic lung cancer, or cancer of the lung which is at a very advanced stage. It is also used in the treatment of some kinds of pancreatic cancers, along with a combination of other drugs. Erlonat 150Mg Tablet is known to be a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and functions by preventing growth of cancer cells, and destroying them in the process.

• The medicine should be taken orally at least an hour before a meal. You can take it with water.

• This is not prescribed to patients who are hypersensitive to any substance that is present in it, or are undergoing chemotherapy that is platinum based. Patients who are using a proton pump inhibitor should not take Erlonat 150Mg Tablet either. This tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

• Side effects are dryness of the eyes, belching, loss of weight, heart burn, pain in the bones and joints, gas, pain in the stomach and appearance of pimples, rashes, tightness of the chest, pain in the lower back region and severe diarrhea.

• Imfinzi is used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and cancer of bladder or urinary tract. It works by  blocking the protein PD-L1 on tumor cells from binding to PD-1 and CD80 on our t-cells. This allows for increased t-cell activation, which then frees up our antitumor t-cells and allows them to attack the cancer cells.

• Lorbrena is prescription medicine used to treat a certain type of non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. It is used only if your cancer has a specific genetic marker. Lorlatinib is a reversible tyrosine kinase inhibitor which may signal the cancer  cells to grow. It block these cells' signals to stop the growth of the cancer cells.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and at the same time each day, with or without food. Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat.

• Do not receive any type of vaccination while taking this medicine without consulting your doctor.
• This drug is not recommended for pregnant women. If you are a woman, do not use Lorbrena if you are pregnant and use effective birth control to avoid pregnancies annd if you are a man you effective birth control if your partner can is able to get pregnant.
• Do not breast-feed while using Lorbrena, and for at least 7 days after your last dose.

• Common side effects of Lorbrena include Anemia (low red blood cell count), high trigylcerides or hypertriglyceridemia, low albumin (hypoalbuminemia), numbness or tingling in extremities, swelling (edema).
• Uncommon side effects include back and limb pain, constipation, joint pain or arthralgias, low blood count, low phosphate, sleep disorder, speech disturbance, upper respiratory tract infection, visual disturbance, vomiting

• Pemetrexed is used in the treatment of malignant mesothelioma.Pemetrexed exerts its chemotherapeutic effect by disrupting production of folate which is essential for cell replication. This action also effects normal cells which can cause significant side effects in the body, such as low blood cell counts, nausea, and vomiting.

• Pemetrexed is given as an infusion into the vein (intravenous, IV).Your doctor will determine your exact dose and schedule.

• Do not take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen unless your doctor specifically permits this.
