• Doxotero Injection is an anti-cancer medication. It works by suppressing the activity of an enzyme (topoisomerase II) involved in DNA multiplication of the cancer cells. It also forms harmful chemicals (free radicals) which cause DNA damage. This slows the growth of cancer cells and eventually kills them.

• Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. 

• Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart problems or low production of blood cells from the bone marrow. You may need to perform blood count, heart/kidney/liver function tests before therapy. This therapy may cause damage to heart muscle or heart failure, the risk is more if radiation was used as treatment before for upper body.

• Side Effects of Doxotero are Vomiting, Allergic reaction, Nausea, Mouth sore, Hair loss, Stomach pain, Diarrhoea, Decreased appetite, Eye disorder, Increased thirst, Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Heart beat irregular, Nail disorder.

• Lyophilized Single Use Vial For Intravenous Use Only

• Oxaliplatin is used to treat colon or rectal cancer that has spread (metastasized), it is often given in combination with other anticancer drugs. 

• Oxalitero is given by infusion into the vein (intravenous, IV). There is no pill form available for this injection. Your doctor will determine your dosage and schedule.

• This injection is not recommended for pregnant women as it can cause haarm to the unborn baby. 
• You should not receive any type of vaccination while taking this medicine without consulting your doctor. 
•  Do not breast feed while taking this medicine.

• Side effects of Oxalitero include constipation, fever, generalized pain, headache, cough nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, mouth sores, low blood counts, fatigue, loss of appetite.

• Aprepitant is used with other medications to prevent nausea and vomiting that may occur within 24 hours after receiving cancer chemotherapy treatment. It is also used with other medications to prevent delayed nausea and vomiting that may occur several days after receiving certain chemotherapy medications. Aprepitant is also used alone to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by surgery. Aprepitant is not used to treat nausea and vomiting that you already have. Aprepitant is in a class of medications called antiemetics. It works by blocking the action of neurokinin, a natural substance in the brain that causes nausea and vomiting.

• Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use. Apretero Kit may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

• Either animal-reproduction studies have not demonstrated a foetal risk but there are no controlled studies in pregnant women or animal-reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect (other than a decrease in fertility) that was not confirmed in controlled studies in women in the 1st trimester (and there is no evidence of a risk in later trimesters).

• Side Effects of Apretero are Constipation, Indigestion, Headache, Tiredness, Loss of appetite, Hiccup, Increased liver enzymes.

• Granisetron is used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by medicine to treat cancer. 

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribe by your doctor. Follow all directions on your prescription label. It is usually taken only on the day of treatment with chemotherapy or radiation. Do not share this medicine with another person.

• Granisetron is not approved for use by anyone younger than 18 years old.
• This medicine is not recommended for pregnant women as it can the unborn baby.
• Do not breast feed while taking this medicine.

• Side effects of Graniflo include  headache, weakness, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, sleep problems (insomnia), fever, flu symptoms.
